Proc. edited by A.V. Balakrishnan, 1990, 300 pp., ISBN 0-911575-59-6, $99.00
These Proceedings present a selection of papers presented
at the NASA-UCLA Workshop on "Computational Techniques in Identification
and Control of Flexible Flight Structures" held at Lake Arrowhead, California,
November 2-4, 1989. A distinctive feature of the Workshop was the inclusion
of descriptions of major test-beds currently available for full-scale ground
experiments which will play a decisive part in the eventual development
of this new technology. All relevant areas of current research activity
are represented in the Proceedings, including Modeling, Identification
and Control. The papers have been grouped by topic for easier access.
